How do I get my phone to ring more than once - Lands Phones

Settings - ringtones- ringtone settings- ring type - select an option that suites your needs. There should be "ringing, accending, ring once, beep once and silent. You then select RINGING.

Call forwarding is a feature of PABX and Public Exchange systems so do you mean the phone rings once and then 'forwards' to another different telephone number ? If so, then you need to contact the company / person controlling your Lines as you cannot change this on your phone.

If you mean that the phone rings once and then goes on to Answerphone, then this is down to the setting of 'ring count' which is on page 40 of your user manual downloadable here http://www.manualslib.com/manual/117136/Panasonic-Kx-Tg2431.html

Go to Settings > Sounds > Change the settings to Ring+Vibrate or Ring Only or Vibrate Only
I guess you have by mistake changed the settings right now to Ring Only Once and hence it rings just once and then vibrates. If there is not settings icon and no sounds option you can check if you have Profile as option as you can change it accordingly in the profile you are using. Hope this helps. Good Luck

You have to go into the menu and reset the rings so that the phone will ring at least 4 times. Your owners manual should give you directions to do that. You can also call Panasonic.

Remember to also disconnect direct tv receivers. I had the same problem untill I unplugged them from the phone line.

Go to Menu->Settings->Sound. Select the ring tone and look for the option where you can set the ringing to either continuous or once or only vibrate etc. Here select the continuous ring.

You will have to have the admin lengthen the voicemail answer time, i would add another 15-20 seconds.....but this will make all calls ring your phone longer before going to vociemail

All you need to do is go to the phone settings, under the settings, locate phone tune or tune. under tune, chose the profile that says Ringing Type: Ringing, Ascending, Ring once, Beep once, and silent. All you need to do is chose the option that says RINGING, and that will solve the problem.
In the case where that does not work , all you need do is to check the speaker of the phone, if it is functioning very well.
