Problem with machine repeatedly asking for the drip tray to be cleaned
Was the unit Descaling prior to this? If so you can reset the machine by going into service mode and reset the descale counter - that will end the loop that your in

take out the mecanism and clean it how is instructed in manual, than get it back carefuly. Pay attention on position of mecanizm.

I just switched machine off for a few hours and when started, it was OK

remove toe kick on bottom of fridge, should be some screws on both sides. tray slides out, maybe not all the way dont force, there is a float mechanism that will stop it from coming out all the way, use some paper towels or rags to soak up the stagnant water, this pan should have a heater hooked up to it to evaporate the water, the installer should have hooked this up on installation, they dont hook it up at the factory to get a better EER out the factory door, just trace back to the pan and hook up any unplugged wires going to it, good luck

your brew unit is clogged. It will need to be removed and cleaned every 24 hours as per the owners manual. There is a yellow laminated card in the box with the accessories that shows step by step how to perform the 24 hour maintenance. To prolong the life of the brew unit, make sure the coffee grind size lever is in the middle or to the right of center, rather than the left (fine) side. Also, you only want to use dry beans, preferably espresso beans. Oily beans like french roast will clog that brew unit up very quickly.
