Could be a number of things, Is the compressor running? If so, are the filters clean? ( Both the outlet and the inlet filters.) One at the front where the air comes out and one at the back where the air goes in.

I called the service tech, before Maytag stopped supporting this unit. (built by Fedders with Maytag name). Fedders has gone out of business (7-09). The tech guy said that the tray gets clogged up with crud and the solution is to try to flush the tray out with water and compressed air. I had the problem of water leaking from the trays but not properly draining through the drain hose. This solution did the trick.

I live with my husband and three sons in a house that we almost never succeed in cooling enough every summer. First, make sure the unit is level. If so, you have a blockage or kink in the drain tube. Careful inspection should reveal any blockage, & you may be able to poke it thru with a piece of coathanger wire. Don't use excessive force, any block should be easily freed.
