I am trying to change my address and they are saying I can’t be located. This is truly my new address and is New construction, how can I get it to let me change it

The Sperry company has a complicated corporate history, which makes it a challenge to determine where corporate archives (which may include a record of product serial numbers manufactured by year) are located.

- The Sperry company acquired the New Holland corporation in 1947.
- The company name was changed to Sperry New Holland in 1973.
- In 1985 Ford Motor Co. acquired Sperry New Holland.
- Eventually, the corporate name was changed to Ford New Holland (and the Sperry name for construction and agricultural equipment was no longer used.)
- In 1991, Ford sold its Ford New Holland unit to Fiat Geotech, creating N.H. (New Holland) Geotech.
- Eventually, Ford, Fiat and other products were grouped under a neutral, globally-recognizable brand name: New Holland.
- In 2017, New Holland changed its corporate name to CNH New Holland.

Therefore, if your skid steer just has the brand name "Sperry" on it, it was PROBABLY manufactured prior to 1973. However, there is still a challenge regarding the location of the Sperry manufacturing records for its agricultural and construction equipment.

Some New Holland corporate records covering 1902-1906 and 1971-1987 are held by the Lancaster County (Pennsylvania) Historical Society:

Scroll down the web page cited above to see the telephone number and email address for LancasterHistory.org. You will need to contact the archivists there and find out the charge for researching the New Holland corporate records to determine if records of the manufacturing serial numbers have been retained. When you contact (I recommend speaking by phone) an archivist, I suggest you ask if he / she knows where archival records for Sperry (the unit which manufactured agricultural and construction equipment prior to the corporate name change to Sperry New Holland) may be kept. Serial number records prior to 1971 for Sperry agricultural and construction equipment may be held in one or more other archives (if good fortune had them deposited in an archives.)

After moving to a new location that had a new IP address, I found I was unable to change the IP address within the 30H4054 so we took the printer back to where it was installed and working before and someone changed the IP address there then brought it back to my new location. So ....have the IP address changed before you move.

this is not un common that addresses are missing maps are not that up to date with any of the companies due to the time and such it takes to update an entire map it will be even longer before you get updated if ou live in new construction area or very rural area

not all locations are in TomTom maps this is not uncommon if you live in a new construction area that is newer than about 3 yrs old you can make a favorite location by turning on TomTom and navigating through the menu and mark the location the best way to do this would be to go into the street just infront of your driveway or parking area so you can use this favorite for routing info

if it's not giving you an option to enter in the numbers for the address one of two things might be wrong. 1. the address is incorrect (probably not) 2. Assuming the address is correct, there is a good chance that the address is simply not in the map database. This can be caused because the location is relatively new. In this case, it's time to upgrade your maps.

Try leaving the Ethernet cable plugged into the machine and remove the power cord for say 10 secs. then plug it back in.

Press the additional functions button located between the diplay and the nine key pad (nine key is used to enter numeric values such as number of copies requested....etc...) Once you have pressed additional functions a new menu will be displayed. The last item on the right is "address book settings". Press it. Now I am going by memory, which is scary. you should have a field that says register new address. This is also the area that provides you with the ability to add a new address, edit an existing address, or delete/erase an existing address. You should see a list of all addresses. Touch the one you want to delete. Once you have selected one the "erase " button should become active. Press erase. I cant remember all the stuff since I am not in front of one but I bet you have it from here. that is unless they have password protected the address. If that is the case then you will need to go to Canon's website and download the reference manuals for your device,I believe the facsimile guide would be the most helpful, since password protecected aspects of the device require more space and time than "FIXYA" is practical for.
