My dream maker spa does not work. there is power but nothing happens when I turn it on. The digital display lights ups and the lights come on but the pump or jets will not come on.
Open control panel will see a small glass fuse replace if blown if 220 volt check that getting power on both lines
I have the same problem with a one week old x400. It was working fine last night but about 8 hours later water temp has dropped 4 degrees and the pump will not turn on, I can hear the relay in the control box make a ticking sound when I press the pump icon on the control center but the pump does not start. Is there a fuse in the control box?
I found the problem with mine. There is a fuse on the circuit board, changed it out and so far so good.
Where is the circuit board located at? I cant find anything in the manual that came with it.
on the x400 there is an access panel, remove the panel and you will see a box with wires coming out. remove the cover on the box and you will see the cicuit board and the fuse. If your hot tub is still under warranty call the mfg and they'll send you a 30 amp slow blow replacement fuse
