I would like a diagram of the parts to the fabric softner holder to reinstall back into washer

Take tray back out. Take all the components apart and clean all the tubes. Capillary action will not work with residue left on the parts.

You have a buildup of fabric softner in there... the holder needs to be cleaned well...

Check to see if there are some tabs on the side that hold it in or if the whole holder just pops right out...those are the common things...

If you work at it a bit you can figure out how to get that holder out of there and get it cleaned....

Also get your model number and then go onto parts websites and often there will be an exploded diagram that will show you how it comes apart...

Remove the drawer by pushing the tab at the top of the drawer and pull it out and check for an obstruction. They regualarly plug up with gummy fabric softenener. Try washing out with hot water and reinstall

You really cant take them apart without breaking the dispensers. Fabric softner is basically wax and fragrance. Add very hot water to the dispenser to melt the fabric softner. In the future, water down the fabric softner.

remove the fabric softner assemble.if ther is a plastic cover remove it remove 1/2 bolt and reach down under agitator up. put agitator on the floor.put a foot on both side's of the bottom of the agitator.place a hand on both side's of top part of agitator and pull up.turn top agitator upside down and the dog's should come out along with the holder.replace the dog's.to put holder and dog's back in top agitatoruse your 1/2 socket and exstention.place the 1/2 bolt in socket and place holder and dog's on bolt.turn top agitator upside down and feed holder and dog's up in top agitator.holding socket and exstention in top agitator,rotate top agitator down holding dog's and holder in with socket and exstention.place top agitator over bottom agitator and line up the two aliment ear's on bottom agitator and use exstention to push top agitator down on bottom agitator.place agitator back on transmition shaft and replace 1/2 bolt.replace plastic cover and fabric softner assembly.

Remove hoses from fill valve, clean screens inside fill valve, if this does not fix problem, replace valve.

"downy ball" is designed to open at the end of first spin that is the way to go without stopping machine. works very well and costs just a few dollars

It obviously is backed up or splashed in from the wash. And if it is just water why worry about it.

By opening upper machine's cover you will have an access to the detergent/softner drawer. Look for the place the water leaks from. Good luck !!
