Sylvania model srt2232x 32" CRT. It was on and just went off and will not turn on in any manor. Fuse is good, everything looks as it should I believe. I know it is old school but it fits the tv hutch.

If still under warranty or if you have no electronic repair experience you should take the set back to the shop or to a repair person. Some of the solutions described below can be dangerous, TV's are very hazardous to service. Even when plugged out, TV's can store very high voltages. Generically speaking anything in the horiz deflection, hv development area will cause a no pix symptom, also a problem in the signal processor section, video river and output section as the crt/socket assembly. I would also check the lopt transistor and probably the fuseable resistors around the lopt.

A green tint can be caused by over drive of the green circuit or lack of enough red or blue.Either way it leads back to the tube having a problem. If it is even available the cost of replacement would well exceed cost of buying a new TV.

Sylvania tv problems

Main board fault. Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Hello
There is a fuse inside the power supply bard of your sylvania TV. Check whether it has blown out. If bllown out, replace it with same type bothe in size and amperage. If the newly inserted fuse also blow up as soon as you switch on the set, make sure that the power supply section has some short circuit in it, and should be cheked well. OK.
