the DC jack on this side is coax DC power jack and pig tailed to the mobo.
is this broken we replace those ! cheap.
ebay has lots for sal
buy it and replace it
and test the PC with huge battery removed
and the RTC coin cell CMOS battery is no good this old.

https://www.pcdied.com/PSU/strip-down-testing101.html#Laptop

using wrong AC/DC power pack
it must be the right volts
not under wattage, state by your oEM PC make
some PC have 3 packs and the higher wattages
is for faster CPU, faster GPU and more RAM.
even up to 100watts. so do not use the wrong pack
or mix it up with others under the desk .
I see your PC as
19vdc pack at 6.3amps this is high watts
120watts, is alot, did you lose the original pack?
or used some lame cloned pack at 50watt.? oops

test with correct power pack(above)
no huge battery inside now, run on AC only
a new coin cell
and last the hdd will be bad this old.
most are.
a tech does all the test
and lets the chips fall where the lay.
fate and entropy always wins.

SOURCE: 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport, 4.0L -won't start

you need to have it connected to an OBD2 machine and watch if you are missing the cam sensor showing RPMs
or if your missing crank sensors RPMs,
it could be a wiring problem or computer if your seeing the RPMs from both sensors, and the last thing i would check is hooking up a fuel gauge to the reed valve and watch what fuel pressure you have while cranking,if the cam sensor is the culprit it will turn the fuel off after the cranking.

Temp, fuel, speed, RPM, Mileage guages are not working, Check engine light, abslight and alarm set lights are on. What is the problem and solution?

I had the exact same problem. The next thing you'll experience is immediate engine stall/quit right after startup.
Found the solution on another site: the fix is an easy do-it-yourself project: the solder used to connect the multi-function wiring plugs to the instrument panel has become brittle. (widely known to Chrysler and many repair shops. Their suggested fix is to replace the entire instrument cluster for 2-300 dollars (parts only; add several hours for labor).
For an hour of your time and a small battery-powered soldering pencil, you can simply re-solder each of the pin connections to the circuit board. Use new flux-core solder; it will make a lasting repair.
There's a You-Tube video out there showing the entire dash area disassembly and cluster removal. I did it twice; the first time, I only re-soldered one of the plug sockets. Disassembly took an hour- reassembly took 15 minutes. I should've re-soldered both. Second time, disassembly and reassembly each took 15 minutes. The actual soldering took about five minutes.
While apart, you can replace any burned-out dashboard illumination lightbulbs, too.

My msi ex465 wont start up on battery mode only the power lead on , while on ac it does but i need to unplug for several times before it will do,,, i have done reformatting it for several times...hope...

If the laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

X58 pro e hard to cold start

Three long beeps may signify a keyboard error, and 3 short may refer to memory error. These are best guesses, because MSI uses several BIOS manufactures. Test your RAM one chip at a time to help isolate bad dimm.

My katana lx wont charge. It took awhile to connect and charge last time, but now nothing.

I am going to assume that when you say it took you a while to get it to charge last time, you had to wiggle the charger around and then get it in just the right spot to get the phone to charge, if this is the case there are only 2 solutions try another charger if that works you just have a bad charger, if that fails than something in the port on the phone is bent loose or broken and it will need to be repaired in your providers repair center, if u have insurance u might need to file a claim.

I got a Peg Perego Charger when I plug it into the battery no light comes on at all. Does that mean the battery is completely dead?

Not necessarily. There should be some type of light on the charger- green means charged, red or orange, not charged.

If no light comes on, it's the charger.
