Keypad on the Sandleford EZ2017009146 is not functioning. Batteries are brand new, currently opening it with the key

have just had the same problems if you had the key there is a red button inside the door to reset the code but obviously no key no red button I have the sandleford number to call 03 97750699 or try the factory pre set 159 A or B see how you go

SOURCE: Opener will not recieve programing instructions from the keypad.

There should be a button on the back of the door opener that says "teach" or "learn". Push that button, a light comes on and you have about 30 seconds to program the control by holding it near the unit and holding the remote button down. The opener will then learn the code from the remote.

we are looking after a friends place with one of these safe's in them, my daughter has pushed buttons and it wont stop beeping, we dont know the code or anything?? how do i stop it beeping??
