To which website? Most websites allow you to click on a "forgot password" link. This will take you to another page in which you will enter some information that will allow you to retrieve or reset your password.

Go to Facebook then click on the option drop down to Settings>>>Security
Not sure if you used Code Generator or App Passwords but can edit or disable the feature there.
