Carpet doesn't usually get glued down. It is held in place by the sill plates and other trim pieces. If you wish to glue it in place, 3M make a product either in a spray can or a tube. 3M trim adhesive.

What is the protocol of packing and transporting bloodsamples (for example driving under the influence of liquor or any other substance) by the police to the lab?

Samples are dated with your name and the officer who took it. Each time a person handles it they have to sign for it to keep the chain of custody valid.

My car sealing interior is coming off, in the center and in the corners the interior started to glue off? What do I do and what glue should I use to glue it to fix this problem?

I don's see a location for you, but here is the scoop here in Florida.
Auto supply stores, and sometimes hardware stores sell a spray glue in a can. My personal experience with these is not very good. The spray glue can be used to recement the headliner.
Here in Florida, headliners fall down on a whole lot of cars because of the humidity. When it rains, or you happen to spill any liquid inside the car, then when it gets really hot outside, the liquid turns to steam, and steams loose the glue holding the headliner. Some big cities have people who specialize in headliners, and they will come to your house, and for a few hundred dollars, they will remove the whole headliner and glue a new one on. These usually are good for 5 - 10 years.
Be blessed.

Glue gun support

put a towel over the glue and iron over the towl. the glue will melt and the towel will soak it up. That works for other things like crayons also.
