Please explain problem better. Whats this " just about " when you describe water and steam. Also on this cut off point that machine is getting hot . This machine gets hot normally , there is a heat cut off mounted on boiler but you would have to remove top off machine and physically check which I don't think you did.

My Saceo magic deluxe has issues. no steam or hot water will come out just a loud noise and the water light keeps flashing red but the tank is full. Please help

Machine could be scaled up. clean the steam and coffee outlets then descale whole system.Other possible causes could be a faulty pressure pump.

When I turn on the steam valve, nor hot water nor steam comes out (not one drop), it doesn't make it to the nozzle and instead it goes directly to the drip tray. Coffees dispense works...

Hi, sounds like either you have a blocked or fauly solenoid, or micro switch or the water inlet side of the boiler is bocked. This is easy to fix. You need to be able to get to the inlet on the boiler, undo the water line and drill it out using a 3mm drill bit. Dazza

I have a gaggia deluxe coffee machine which won't dispense coffee. the pump works with the steam nozzle and I've checked the guidance on the possibility of an air lock, and dispensed a lot of water...

it can be 3 problems, you can eliminate them 1 by 1 in this order:
  1. Calcium in the boiler > you unscrew the filter&filter holder(2 bolts) than you unscrew the screw in center (you see it after disassembling filter holder). If it is full with calcium, the pipe which goes vertically up for few centimeters you can drill it with 3 mm drill BUT AFTER YOU TAKE OF THE FINAL 4TH BOLT. You continue and release the short pipe and provide flow from boiler, test it and clean it than with decalcifications'(it will be more easy for you)
  2. We suppose case 1 isn't, and u have flow after unscrewing the 4TH bolt, than you must check the pressure valve (it returns the higher pressure with dispensing water back to container. Follow the short rubber pipe and you will find it. check the gasket and functioning of it
  3. Pump could be to week with pressure that she can't open the spring of valve above 4TH bolt, in this case you need to change pump.

My saeco magic coffee machine says ventilate. How do I do this?

Hi
If it is just a Magic Delux, open the steam knob, without pushing the steam button. If its a Magic Comfort you have to push the button with the drops on it and it will flow water.

Gaggia Coffee Delux Steam pressure probem

1: do you pres the switch for steam and wait until it is ready? 2: how long time machine needs to be ready for steaming?
solution 1 = if you don't press the steam switch on you will have very small amount of steam. solution 2 = if the machine gets ready only for few seconds to steam, than you must change your steaming thermostat attached in boiler(there are 3 of them: 1 security 2 coffee brewing 3 steam
i hope you fix it soon and enjoy in perfect espresso

Water coming out of steam nozzle not coffee output when making coffee

Sounds to me there might be a blockage on the brew unit, and since the pressure is so high it is going through the bypass. Clean the screen and tubes on the brew unit.

Loud noise

Not sure I understand ....is the pump making a lot of noise?
If so it might have sucked in some air. Run some water through your steam pipe until all the air has been pushed through.

Descaling

Remove the filter holder (portafilter).
The manual says to unscrew the nozzle from the filter holder coupling and wash with hot water.
Mix a liquid decalcifier with water in tank at a 1:1 ratio. DO NOT USE VINEGAR! It says to fill the water reservoir.
Run the cleaniing solution through the machine - pressing the coffee button, 1 cup at a time. During each interval let the decalcifier act for 10 or 15 minutes by turning off the machine by the main switch.
Carefully wash the tank and fill with fresh water and empty 2/3 of this by pressing the coffee button.
Now let the machine warm up and empty the rest of the reservoir by rotating the hot water/steam knob.
Screw the nozzle in the filter holder coupling again.
