We have a Hobart Ecomax G404 glasswasher showing error code 13 (filling programme monitor sensor tank) and the only remedy listed is “pump out machine” We’ve done this several times but the error repeats. Machine is several months old, so under guarantee, but it’s weekend and will probably take a few days to get someone to respond. Any suggestions for anything worth trying in the short term?

It was suggested that the pump had failed and taken out the programmer with it - expensive! Wife wouldn't wait, and bought new machine. Problem almost solved - anyone want an out of order washing machine?

A couple of times this has happened to me and it is to do with the access port at the back of the printer ie it has a lock - unlock symbol on it and a circular handle. Make sure that this is firmly in the locked position. Note that it may seem to be in the locked position but often there is a little bit more it will go ... though dont force it so that it breaks ... try unlocking and firmly locking a couple of times, each time testing the on button. Like I said this has worked for me before

I emptied watertank and refilled observing float when full.

When I replaced the tank the float sunk to bottom even though the water tank full.

Dismantled float, cleaned, and gently replaced full tank.Squeezed plastic cap to stay fitted and float working again-message"Fill watertank" gone and Machine "READY FOR USE!"
