With mine it should be in the gallery, it will look like a normal pic until you click on it. Word of advice. Get rid of ZTE phone. Most of there phone sucks big time. Either freezes or just stops working. There customer service suck. They either did not speak English where you can understand what they are saying and they never return any mail electronic or other.
Probably you are having some syncing issues, have you tried to turn your phone off and then back on and see if that helps?
You can also try to force stop the gallery and then try to open it back, to do that you just need to follow these steps:
Open your Application Tray
Then go to Settings
Once you are there go to Apps>All Apps
Search for Gallery
Select it
Then select the options: clear cache, and force stop
Turn your phone off and then back on.
Backup your photos and try resetting the Gallery data. Do this by going to Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> Gallery -> Clear data.
first mark all the data one by one and then move them to gallery.....
But mt advise is that don not move them to phone memory...(Gallery) Because phone needs a memory to work properly.if it get full then it creates problem and works slowly...
So Store all your Data on the memory Card......
u got a virus in ur gallery. erase all ur video clips via file mgr. if u still cannot open ur gallery, erase all mp3 tracks via file mgr. if it doesnt work again, format ur phone by entering *#7370#. That must work
sir this is a typical problem when water seeps through the phone... may be the servicer havent cleaned it up well.once again ask him to clean it up well. my advice is change the keypads... it might prove helpful.. thank u sir
