I refilled a cartridge for my samsung clx 3175 printer and like couple days after the printer is telling me i have a invalid toner. what do i do to resolve this.

You can resolve the issue by replacing the cartridges with genuine Samsung cartridges. The problem with refilling your ink cartridges is that you do not reset the chip on the cartridge when you do that. The chip on the cartridge tells your printer how many prints that cartridge has printer. By refilling the cartridges and not replacing the chip, you run the risk of damaging your printer. I recommend you pay the full price and swap them out with new Samsung ones and it should alleviate your issues.

Do the reset chips really work on the cartridges of HP 2500N laserjet printer

Yes, reset chips really work on laser printer cartridges, if you have a know good source for the chips and if you know what your doing, you can't put a new chip on an old cartridge, the chip is what registeres how may prints you will get out of the cartridge if you put a new chip on an old or 1/2 empty cartridge of course it will say it's full but then try and print. It will register as a full cartridge but it can only print with the amount of toner that is actually left in the cartridge, be careful there are alot of remanufactures out there that don't put new chips on or that do but don't fill the cartridge full, or replace all the wipers and drums, they just dump some toner in and say here you go, Only buy your remanufactured cartridges from a reputable company, do your research on them first or you'll be sorry

Canon MP 610 printer. Cartridges half full when forced to replace

well printers calculate ink, with printing jobs. If you exchange cartriges in the middle of these ( ex:you exchange cartriges about after 100 print jobs and the cartriges is 500 top) the printer dont know excatly the ink level, so gives these error on calculation, not exact ink level. so you need to take out and place again to reset cartridge counter.

The printer tells me to replace an ink cartridge because the ink has been depleted. The cartridge is nearly new, though. Just yesterday it showed to be half full. I have cleaned the printheads and the...

There is a chip on your cartridge that communicates with the printer to estimate how much ink is left in the cartridge. When the chip thinks the cartridge is empty it will refuse to print any more pages no matter how much ink is left in the cartridge. These cartridges are only estimated to print "up to 840 4" x 6" photos, or 80 13" x 19" photos." If it showed half full yesterday and then you put through a large print job it is very likely the cartridge is empty. In any case once the chip thinks it's empty the cartridge needs to be replaced.

RESET TONER C9100

The waste toner cartridge has a transparent extrusion on the bottom, which fills with toner when the cartridge is full, but also if it is half full and shaken so that toner falls into this extrusion. If this happens, the only way to remove the toner is to open the cartridge by removing the tape, taking the two halves apart and shaking/blowing/hoovering it empty. You can stick them together again with ordinary sellotape.

Refill cartridges - need to reset ink level monitors

I must tell you that Dell uses sensors in the ink cartridges and the printer. So one the ink cartridges is low on ink, sensor on ink cartridges will show as low and if you get it refilled, there is no way to reset the sensor to full since Dell does not want customers to use Refilled ink cartridges. However if you are looking for Low cost ink cartridges they I would suggest you to purchase Standard Capacity ink cartridges from www.dell.com/supplies. they are almost half the price for hi capacity ink cartridges.

Samsung ML-1450 printer not working properly

All toner cartridges have a waste toner area where excess toner is stored, therefore appearing to be heavy. The 1450 will not ask for toner when depleted, and Samsung cartridges are cheaper than competing brands.
