Make sure you have media player 11
If you can, the best test is to try your player with another PC, to see if you still have the problem. This localises whether the problem is with the PC (most likely the USB) or the player. See the link below (search on "connection problems") for a lot more troubleshooting on this.
Download recovery tool off creative's website.
go to my computer > click on hardware tab >
click on device manager button > in the is next screen on the bottom should have>>universal serial bus controllers
(write these down just in case it cant find them)
right click on them and uninstall
reboot let windows reinstall them

Also told Microsoft hotfix causes this problem try uninstalling the last hotfix
If that doesn't fix it try the USB cable

Need to change the time

Avaya Partner System Time Program #103 Considerations: Enter the time in 24 hour notation. In this scheme, the hours of the day are 0000 (12 midnight) to 2459 (11:59). Since each time must have four digits, use leading zeros when necessary. The time appears on system phones as A.M. or P.M., not 24 hour notation.
Programming: To change system time: Press Feature, 00, System Program, System Program, #,103 at extension 10 or 11. Enter a new time in 24 hour notation. For example, to set time to 2:15 P.M., press 1415. This time will appear on the phone as 2:15 P. Select next procedure or exit programming mode by pressing Feature, 00 or lifting and hanging up the handset.

I bought a house with a Hunter # 44100A programmable thermostat but have no manual to program it from. How can I program it?

To change the time, press Hour once. Then press and hold Hour to until it reaches the correct one (pay attention to the AM/PM notation). Do the same with the Min and Day buttons. Press Return when done. (The thermostat will leave return to the normal mode after 10 seconds without a button press.)

Now to set the program, set the switch to heat or cool depending on which you want to program first. Press Prog (this will program M-F settings) then press and hold Hour until the time you want Prog 1 to start. Press the Up or Down arrows to get to the temperature you want to reach and stay for this period. Press Prog again and use the Hour/Min/Up/Down keys to set the time and temperature for next period. Repeat for program 3 and 4 for weekdays. Press Prog again to do the same thing for the 4 possible weekend program segments. Any time left at 0:00 results in a program being skipped.

Press Prog to set the Program. These settings will not take effect until the next time change in the program. You can review the settings by pressing Prog and scrolling through the settings.

Change the switch to the other setting and repeat the programming if your system has both AC and heat.

If you want to press the AutoProg button the thermostat will use preset times and temperatures. For Heating that is 5 am 68, 7 am 60, 3 pm 68, 10 pm 62. For cooling it is 5 am 78, 7 am 85, 3 pm 78, 10 pm 82.

For more information, you can get the manual from Hunter: http://www.hunterfan.com/Support/Manuals-and-Parts-Guides/ , just enter the model number in the Search line.

I hope this helps.
