I really suggest if you can contact your Network Service Provider to send you the setting of your GPRS, they can send you over-the-air or you may call them or drop by to their offices and they can set it to you manually. It will be easier and will be more specific.

there is a utility called i-mate configurator. Simply tap it , it will automatically detect the SIM card and if GPRS service is enabled on that SIM, it will configure it that too.
