I suggest you join got to Yahoo Groups and join Elna Heirlooms. There are techs and machinists on there who are trained on Elna machines. It is easier, since you weren't specific on what your problem was. HTH

How do I change the light on Elna 6003. Can I use a LED bulb

An LED bulb, https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/led-bulb-janome-mc9000-led.aspx , is available for the Elna 6003. To replace the bulb, you need to remove the left side face plate. The screw holding the face-plate is hidden behind a button that matches the face plate. Next pull the socket out. Then pull the bulb out of the socket. Push the new bulb into the socket with the pins aligned with the holes in the socket. Push the socket back into the sewing machine and replace the left-side face plate. For an idea of the procedure, see the manual for the Elna 6001, available at ManualsLib. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/378188/Elna-6001.html?page=53 . This is the maintenance page of this manual.

I hope this helps.

Where to oil my Elna Q7200

The Elna Q7200 is a computer model sewing machine. These come with sealed systems and should not be oiled by the user. See the maintenance section of the manual, https://www.janomeflyer.com/pdf/Elna%207200%20manual.pdf , starting on page 82 (page 83 of the PDF).

I hope this helps.

All the info on the machine can be gleaned from http://www.sewingnz.com/elna-lock-t34-t34d-overlocker-instruction-manual/ I am not too sure what you mean by retime. You are not suggesting that you want to reset the feed/ insert/ etc timings are you?

2110. Why doesn't the flywheel move?

Consult your owner's manual--the Maintenance and Troubleshooting sections. Have you oiled it as the manual suggests? There are several suggestions of what to check if your machine does not operate.

If you need a manual, here is one available:

Does an Elna need a specific oil for maintenance?

contact elna customer service and ask them, but I would think they would tell you that just regular sewing machine oil is what you use. because I have different sewing machines, necchi's, singer's, riccar and I use regular sewing machine oil on them all and they sew just fine with it.
