SOURCE: Indecit dishwasher not circulating water

Checked that the motor was not seized by inserting slotted screwdriver through hole at back of machine to engage in slotted end of motor to spin up water circulating motor. Motor was not seized, so that was not the problem. Then took bottom off machine and on inspection found that the start capacitor which is bolted to side of motor was bulging and discoloured wher the terminals are. Replaced Start capacitor ( Less than £10.00) and machine motor started up. Machine behaved irratically at first, flashing lights etc.but got it to reset by switching on and off a couple of times, ran machine through cycle, now working ok.

SOURCE: My wife started the dishwasher normally. Water

Quite possibly something lodged in the pump, locking it up. Control sensors don't advance timer because unit is not running.

SOURCE: some lights are flushing and the dishwasher does

Hi,

If the clean light is flashing it is an indication of the water not heating up. I have attached a link to a sheet explaining what might be causing it and how to reset the control so you can use the dishwasher again.

Clean light flashing

If other lights than the clean light are flashing that is an indication there is a short circuit in the keypad control and that part would need replaced. Let me know if you need details on replacing that. If so I would need the complete model number from the tag on the dishwasher just inside the door.

SOURCE: Samsung new dishwasher will not run through a cycle or drain properly. Water left in bottom. Keeps stopping and going to quick flashing.

The drain hose from the dishwasher may be partially or fully clogged with food stuffs like peas, corn, green beans, or other foods. disconnect the drain hose and clear debris from drain hose and run threw drain cycle.

When start a normal wash, it runs through wash, low rinse, normal, then goes to a non-flashing start auto button.

Hello. Please study the attached photos...the error codes for your model are displayed. Ignore the low rinse aid light. Please let me know if you need further assistance! Thanks!

Samsung DW7933LRASR won't turn on and water still inside. The door closes fine but can't get power. What to do?

Most dishwashers have interlock switches attached to the door switch. Door could be closing and latching well but if switch is bad or wiring loose the dishwasher will not start. It thinks the door is still open.

Samsung model number DW7933LRASR wont start.. clean button is staying lit up....

After the dishwasher has completed all portions of a cycle, all other indicator lights are turned off and the "Clean" light is illuminated for 10 minutes. If you open the door when the "Clean" light is illuminated, it turns off immediately. If this is not happening for you the unit may require service.

Samsung dishwasher flashing heavy light

Had a look in the user manual for your dishwasher.http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201211/20121101114232459/DW7933LRASR-00141A-02.pdf

Page 26 shows blinking Heavy light means there is leakage in the dishwasher. Most likely there is water in the base under the drain sump which could cause the flood switch to trip. Turn mains power to dishwasher off. Pull it out from under kitchen bench without breaking the hoses. Put some towels on the floor and turn dishwasher back and forth on incline to get water out. Wait a little and turn on. If no difference then you need to dry the base and find the source of the leak. More likely the door seal.
