OK, is it in Device manager? Have you installed the latest Catalyst Drivers, in fact the FULL pack? Try "Cleaning" the Gold Fingers on the card. There aren't jumpers on the MB, that need moving are there? Are you able to prove the card in another machine?

there is no support this old 2009 made, 11 years old.
but why not ask them for drivers, and not gets a nasty virus ?

10 drivers are there, only for w7.
you never told what fails.
