The Bosch Logixx 8 washers indicate an F37 error when the temperature sensor is defective. Sometimes this can happen if the incoming water line gets too cold. If that is the case, pressing the temperature button twice may help. (You should see a snowflake in the top left corner of the LCD screen.) Otherwise try thawing the water pipes.

If the problem isn't cold/frozen water lines, then the temperature sensor is faulty, the wiring between the sensor and the control board could be damaged or the control board has a problem getting the temperature information. Check the sensor and the wiring first. Often there is a sheet inside the washer (near the control board) with the expected resistance across the sensor and other parts. Unplug the washer before testing.

Please add a comment with the model of the washer for a parts diagram or price list. If your washer is under warranty, contact Bosch about the error.

I hope this helps.

Wonderful!! Would you mind giving me a "problem solved" rating -- there should be icons on the screen to do that.

thanks...

SOURCE: bosch wae24363 washing machine, coming up with f17 error code please help

I had this same message last week. It is to do with the water intake (i.e. the water coming in to the back of the machine). If you have checked that the hose isn't trapped or kinked, unscrewed it and checked the filters at each end for blockages (rinse out if necessary), and you still get the F17 message, it may be because your water pressure is too low, in which case you need to contact your landlord (if you rent) or thames water if the problem is external (especially if there are any works going on near your house). Hope this helps!

SOURCE: my Bosch classic 1200 express washing machine wont drain or spin

Possibly a blocked filter or pump.
Ths filter should be at the bottom right front of washer, sometimes behind a removeable cover at the bottom of washer.
To clean it, unscrew anti-clockwise, remove and clean.

I have a Bosch Logixx 8 front load washing machine. The default code of F61 keeps coming up on the machine. Can you help please?

Switch the machine off and check the power to the socket. If this seems good then check the door switch, check the inlet line, check the free water flow when the power is switched. Also check if there is presence of any moisture within the board, if so use a dryer to carefully heat the boards. If this wont help then the controller unit can be suspected.

F37 fault code on washine machine

the machine has a defrost function, pressing the temperature button twice will start this and show a snowflake in the top right hand corner Press the temperature button twice, ( A snowflake will appear in the top left corner) this acts as a defrost button. F37 will probably occur more often if your machine is stored in a outhouse. or try thawing out the water pipe.
