Belt part # 203-7034 they do not show specs on belt.

Just changed mine. I have a Turbo Force 6585. Flip it over and press with your fingers on clip #s 2,3 and 4 (This releases the cover over the roller brush - The clip locations are labeled on the plastic cover). Remove the cover - this will expose the brush , belt and drive motor spindle. Pull the roller straight out (note one side of the roller has a "square peg" - its pretty obvious but you need to align it when replacing. Remove the belt and replace the new one over the silver motor spindle first and then the roller. You will see the area or Pulley (it is part of the roller brush itself) to put it on it is fairly obvious where it goes. Use the roller to stretch the belt and insert the roller back in and replace the cover.

Note; There have been several complaints about belts breaking prematurely on these models - I used a Homecare No. 1145 that is made to fit Panasonic Upright, Belt type UB / UB8 - This belt is about an 1/8 longer (much less tension) than the supplied one and it hasn't broken yet - Considering the factory supplied belt broke in 3 uses, I really don't care what Bissell recomends as this has been a common complaint with this mode on forums. You need to replace the pump belt. Here is the belt you need and a manual you can view:

No it does not use the style 8 belt. It uses the style 7/9/10/12/14/16 belt. You can view the manual and buy the belt here:

That would be the motor shaft, if it has power to it and is froze up, you will have to replace the motor.

turn vac over, take of the access plate covering the brush roll, may be 2 to 4 screw. Then you can get to the brush roll and belt. It uses a Bissell Style 7 belt.
