My JBL e45bt wireless headphones won't turn on. I've tried charging them overnight, but i doesn't help at all. How do I get this fixed?

  • ShortyPeep Cole Oct 01, 2019

We're both retarded. Not gonna lie, spent an hour trying to figure this out as it's the first tme I tried charging and listening. Not the charge cord that came with it, mind you unplug the charger, turn on. Power light, sound, great. Plug in the charger and it won't turn off.. hahahahahahahaha. Yes, I did it too. So charge for some time, unplug the USB charger to use the headphones or it won't turn on plugged in no matter what lol

If your JBL E45BT wireless headphones will not turn on, there could be a problem with the battery or the charging system. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:

  1. Make sure that the headphones are charged. If the battery is completely drained, the headphones will not turn on. Try charging the headphones for at least 2 hours to see if this resolves the issue.
  2. Check the charging cable and port to make sure they are working properly. Make sure the cable is securely plugged into the headphones and the power source, and that the port is free of debris.
  3. Try a different charging cable or power source to see if the problem is with the cable or the power source.
  4. If the problem persists after trying these steps, it is possible that there is a problem with the battery or the charging system. In this case, you may need to have the headphones inspected by a technician to determine the cause of the issue.
If you are not comfortable troubleshooting the problem yourself, it is recommended that you contact JBL customer service for assistance. They may be able to provide further guidance or offer repair options.

SOURCE: Wireless headphones. Charged unit up

Try plugging them to an ipod or mp3 player. If it works, then probably you are connecting the headphones on the TV's audio output rathen than audio input. Do the test and then I'll help you know were you are supposed to conect them.

It sounds like the charging port on your phone is broken. This could have happened a number of ways. Either by dropping your phone, putting the charger in wrong, or taking it out wrong. If you call HTC(866-449-8358) and it is still under warranty they will probably fix it for free as long as it doesn't have any water damage(http://www.ehow.com/how_4479971_check-cell-phone-water-damage.html). Otherwise you could also get a new phone.

My JBL E50BT Headphones bluetooth wont turn on. when i press the bluetooth button nothing happens and no light shows (normally light shows and you hear a beep) please help.

I would start by charging the headphones overnight. Try to use them in the morning. If this does not resolve the problem, either the charger or the headphones are bad. You can contact JBL and see if your set is still under warranty. You should still be able to use them with a wire if everything else fails. It might not look as cool, but at least you can still listen to them. My JBL Account Login

Chances are your phone got too hot during the night and overcharged the Lithium Ion battery. If those batteries are exposed to too much heat then they won't have the battery life they used to have. You need to purchase a replacement battery or contact your wireless carrier to see about getting another one.

Jbl 610 driver

Windows Vista should see the bluetooth headphones without any extra drivers. If you open your bluetooth options, and you can see the headphones, and it asks for a password, try 0000 or 1111.

Also - check your computer to ensure that it does have bluetooth capability. If the computer doesn't have bluetooth built in, you'll need to use the USB communicator that should have come with the headphones. If you don't have the USB stick that came with the headphones, your best bet is to contact JBL and see if they will send you a new one.

Another thing you can try, just to verify the headphones are good - is to try to sync them with an ipod or iphone and see if you can listen to music through them.

Contact the company directly and explain your situation, there should be a toll free number for help in the manual or at least an address that you can e-mail or write to.
