SOURCE: logic board failure

You can do the repair yourself, you need about 3 hours to take apart and re-install. Keep a note of every screw, there are alot of them.

The board may be stuck on by some di-electric grease so pry it off carefully making certain all screws are off, check behind wires etc...

Replace with 6781QCH038C not the 060Q it will not work with LG's but will work for Vizio's

No need to exchange the Logic Board.
Need to exchange the IR modue.

SOURCE: no video or on screen display,on plasma screen,just a very dark snowy screen. Green LED'S on the MAIN LOGIC CTRL BOARD LJ41-04461A flashing and Scan board clicking.

its a memory 24C04 or 24C08. check it out. thats why snowy screen.

Samsung PN58C8000 Plasma. Picture changes from full color to a blue tinted picture. Logic board replaced 2yrs ago when TV would not turn on. Inspected all boards, no swollen capacitors.

Does the TV behaves the same way in all the inputs?
Does the color chances when the TV has been on for a while?
This failure could be in the main board, all the video info gets into the logic board from the main board itself.
I would suggest to check for proper voltages from the power supply to the main board, if all the voltages measure as expected. I would suggest to use a small cooling fan and place it near the main board.

Samsung 64" Plasma no picture
Multiple issues could cause a no video issue. The fact that your audio has not been effected easily rules out your power supply, and more than likely you main pcb is also good to go. I would suspect the logic board because the set is not shutting itself down. Second likely defective parts would be the upper and lower Y Buffer boards. Here are some part numbers for you. I hope this helps.

Samsung hpr4252 plasma has multi color fabric like lines in sections 1,2,4,5,6,.The 3rd section just above center of screen looks fine. the picture is still visible. Please help. Could this be a DIY fix?
No DIY fix here. The problem can be any number of failed parts with no way to find out by untrained Samsung techs. You either have a bad Main bd and or some bad Buffer bds. The P-logic bd can be bad also. Sounds like you have multiple board failures. Have a trained Samsung troubleshoot the set.

Blackout problems
It could be the LVDS cable that is connected between the logic main board and the main board, sometimes this cable is too short and comes loose from one of the boards, it could also be a sign that the logic main is going out or the panel itself is shorting out
