I plug and play fails only getting driver for this maker, will work.
are you in the UK,,, we are USA< and when I google that maker it lands UK , why? IDK.

is it USB connected? If not say what?
not is one old and rare scanner my guess over 10 years old.
and w10 does go beyond that for sure if maker stops support and their web page has zero legacy support.
there are generic scanner software apps you can buy and might work.

Is the device a BT 280 or a BT 320 and what device are you trying to attach it to?

I have Windows 7 64-bit and couldn't install TotalMedia 3.5 It would only get as far as Select Video Device, and give 2 options: > WinFast DTV Dongle Gold BDA Filter > FM/DAB Dongle I downloaded a driver (AF9015 BDA Driver - 9.6.3.1) from http://www.unisupport.net/ Select Video Device then gave these 2 options: > AF9015 BDA Driver > FM/DAB Dongle The first one did the trick. (The second one was possibly there because I have a Kaiser Baas USB FM radio.)

try to remove first your anti virus or set it off but you must unplug internet connection before you install your driver again , thanks . good luck

Hi,
The PhotoMaker model that you have is PC only. The manufacturer does not supply MAC drivers for this chipset unfortunately.
We're working on a MAC model, which will be available around April 2010.
You could also consider the PhotoMaker Pro which captures directly to an SD card. You then use your MAC to edit the photos.
