You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

F16 has to do with your door lock. you probably have a faulty door lock. the machine senses the door is open and will stop. the door lock isnt that expensive and should solve your problem. if that doesn't solve it then you may have a faulty control board. but i would first start with the lock
hello could be brushes on the motor. there are 2 black clips that sit on the motor after time these whare down just slide them out and slide new ones in good luck
