I'm wondering if you ever found the software for your security system? I have the same problem. I purchased my system secondhand, without the cd. I was able to download the dvxclient software, but it seems like there should be additional programs on that cd that I don't have. If you got the software, would you share please?

SOURCE: I have a bunker hill executive digital safe.

I have the Executive 95824. The handle is locking up on me. Almost seems like it needs WD40 or something. The 3 main bolts do not come out all the way now. Any tips on how to fix this?

Bunker hill dvr security
Your problem lies in the hard drive. It no longer is booting the DVR. There is a partition on the drive that holds the operating system so it doesn't get overwritten when the drive fills up with video. You need to contact the manufacturer to get a new hard drive since the software to run the DVR is on the drive.
