Without my knowledge one of my number is not accepting any calls and is mentioned in the settings that all the incoming calls are enabled as call barred. I don't have any password how to resolve this

Turn off your Call Diverts option. Its possible that incoming calls are being diverted to a different number. When you try to call your phone does it ring as well? Also check if Call Barring on your phone is enabled. This means that calling your number is bloced. Check with your provider regarding this.

Blocking incoming calls on your Sony Ericsson phone is pretty simple. You can go to your service provider's website and follow the instructions they have for call blocking. Have you pressed the button to enable incoming faxes on the keyboard of the printer? The button should have a light next to it so that when incoming faxes are enabled you know about it. Once you press that button the printer will allow them to come through.

You also need to confirm the settings in the printer under the fax catagory and choose the number of rings before the fax machine should pick up a call and whether an incoming fax should have a different ring tone than a regular phone call ect.

You can access these choices by using the software installed in your pc under settings. Or you can press the menu key on your printer and use the up and down arrows to scroll the features and press enter or ok when you find the one that you are looking for.

There should be two catagories for fax choices. One is usually called fax and the other fax - advanced ect. Try checking the features available in both to make sure all of your options are set that way that you want them to be.

You can also try press the start button when an incoming fax is on the line. This will manually start the printer to accept a fax that is trying to come through.

From the Home screen, press MENU and then tap Settings > Call. Fixed Dialing Numbers Restrict outgoing calls to a fixed set of numbers. To enable this feature, you must know your SIM card's PIN2 code.
Voicemail service Shows the current voicemail service being used.
Voicemail settings Specify another voicemail number aside from the voice mail number on your SIM card.
Clear voicemail notification If you have a notification of a new voicemail, you can clear the notification with this option.
TTY mode Enable this mode to connect and use a compatible TTY device with the phone.

Phone settings Edit the call reject message, choose whether to open the message editor when you reject a call with a message, and choose whether to allow automatic saving of an unknown contact number when a call with that number ends.
Cell broadcast Enable or disable receipt of cell broadcast messages from your service provider.
Cell broadcast settings Configure channels and language for cell broadcast messages.
Call forwarding Select how you want your phone to handle busy, unanswered, and unreachable calls. You can also set the call forwarding option for all incoming calls. Call barring settings Choose whether to block various categories of incoming and outgoing call.
Additional settings Enable or disable operator services such as caller ID and call waiting.

Call your network service provider and request to block that particular number.

Open the menu, go to settings, go to call settings, select "call barring" and enter the number.

By the way, you didn't mention your cell phone model #. Try the above proposed solution.

These are different types of codes.
SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even
if your sim is put into another handset.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. Some phones will accept incoming calls with this lock
enabled, but many require the code to be entered even to answer a call. You can also set some handsets to
only accept a "new" sim if the phone security code is entered.

Hi there.. block the incoming call barring feature. we can restrict incoming calls and add prefered people who are allowed to call. this feature is present on most sony ericsson phones.

to enable it go to settings->call settings->manage calls->accept calls. add the allowed people phone no.s in the list and turn on the "only from list" you will not get call from people except one in the list.
