Have a wolff scs usa wss24 1983does it have a body ground it shicks me wen i touch the top and bottom at the same time?

all usa cars, the 16pin DLC is less than 1meter from the steering wheel.
yours is behind the ash try(pull it)
some old honda's here, usa have dual ways to get scan codes.
the obd2 way , and obd1 way, RTM
read the FSM. or google for that.

I have a question for someone who knows about a Sunquest 24 r tanning bed? Involving bottom bulbs not lighting at all?

A trained technician should: Turn off power to bed. Remove top or bottom cover as necessary, Locate bad ballast, Insert small insulated screwdriver into slot on end of ballast and pull out wire, Remove one screw that holds ballast in place and loosen the other screw, The end of the Ballast should be slotted - so pull it out from loosened screw. Now reverse the process to install new ballast. After remounting ballast to bed, simply push the wires back into small holes in connector.

Have a trained technician to check for blown fuse on back of bed and then for burned out wiring in top and/or bottom of bed. Voltage going to bed may also be a cause. These beds are sensitive to wrong voltages.

There should be a cord that goes from the top of bed to the bottom section of the bed in the back of the bed. Make sure the cord is plugged in all the way and is not broken. This cord could be bad, the plugs may be bad, the cord could be missing entirely. A connection to the plugs could be burned out inside the top or bottom sections or at the main power relay.

Try to manually recalibrate the touch screen. Click on start -> Settings -> System -> Touch Screen and follow the prompts.

Turn on your organizer and touch the Clock Icon with your stylus. Just to the right of the bold heading on the top of the screen is a downward arrow. Touch the arrow with your stylus and a screen should come up with with six different modes of your choice. Touch the Home clock. Now touch the Edit on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Touch the left solid arrow on the bottom of the screen enough times to bring you to the Country at the top of the screen. Touch the solid up or down arrow until you come the USA. Touch the solid right arrow unil you see the USA city field. Now touch the solid down arrow until you come to your city. Touch the solid right arrow once and the hour should be highlighted. Enter your hour. Now touch the right arrow to enter the minutes. Continue with the right arrow to fill in all the values and touch am or pm. Finally touch save or enter.
