My mp3 never charge. If I charge it about 3 hours and than gone to listen to some music, it tell me low batteri and one day I let it charge 24 hour, when i'm gone to listen to some music it tell me low batteri, so my mp3 never charge. The problem why I'm to late is because i have stopped useing my mp3 and when i start useing it again, I have noticed the problems with it. How do you think I can turn of my sreen saver light?? There's no option in the mp3 to turn it off.. Need Help. What can I do now with my mp3 snapbox...
It sounds like the battery/cell is faulty.

I JUST GOT THIS MP3 PLAYER TODAY, MINE DID COME WITH A MANUAL,DID YOURS.. I BELIEVE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE IT OFF AND PLUGGED IN TO CHARGE. I ALSO WAS HAVING DIFICULTIES GETTING MUSIC TO IT. I HAD TO OPEN THE FILE ON THE DISC WHERE IT WAS LOCATED MINE IS CALLED REMOVABLE DISC G, I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA. RIGHT CLICK ON THE NAME AND A LIST OF OPTIONS APPEARS, 1 OF THEM SAYS FORMAT .CLICK ON THAT YOU WILL GET A WARNING MESSAGE BUT CONTINUE ANYWAY AND THEN USE A PROGRAM LIKE WINDOWS MEDIA TO SYNC MUSIC TO YOUR DEVICE, OR IF PREFERRED YOU CAN COPY/PASTE OR DRAG/DROP.
