Not getting any reverb and there is a orange light on the front in the right hand signal line stand still
To reinitialize the IS-SPX-1000 unit to its factory default settings:
1.
Unplug the unit from the power.
2.
Push the reset button and keep it pressed.
3.
Power up the IS-SPX-1000 unit.
4.
Wait with the reset button pressed for at least 8 seconds.
5.
Release the reset button.
6.
The IS-SPX-1000 unit will now boot in the factory default mode.

The turn signal switch is bad,replace it to repair the problem.
SOURCE: Left hand turn signal is blinking too fast.
normally when that happens its one of two things,, one of the bulbs has gone bad and the filament has arched over the other filament , so check the bulbs with a tester not just by eye , and if thats all ok, check the flasher unit itself, which I doubt in this case since its just one side is the problem clean the base of each bulb so you know they h ave a good ground
Multi-function switch,(Wipers turn signals cruise) , this may sound crazy, but if you can get to the screws & remove it, smack the unit on a table top 2-3 times & re-try.
Let me know what happens. This DOES work on all Ford U-Haul trucks!
SOURCE: 1997 Dodge Neon left signal lights work great. Right side blinks very fast.
Check all four of the turn signal lights. Usually one of the bulbs is bad. Sometimes is lit but not flashing, sometimes it is off. Replace that bulb.
