You don't just reset it, get a new cartridge, sorry.

this proplem have many causes follow this steps to dipose of it first check that your drum is good sconde when machine overflow toner and no cleaning in machine due to that and software has many proplem sluggish if yo turn off machine and unpack ram in interface unit and pack again it will disappear temperorly for while and will come back

first stip try to reset machine yellow 107 and try to unpack drum from his place you will see wire who catch drum and rolling it ok unpack back cover of machine and unpack solid circulies which make drum balanced then yo will see pin with sprin this may be compressed need get back to normal position
