You can't bypass timers on sunbeds. What happens if you fall asleep in that warm sunlight and wake up 3 hours later with the sunlight still cooking you up?

Go to Sunal Parts for the timer and get it fixed properly.

First, just pop off the colored strip along the entire canopy; mine is a burgundy looking color. This is just pressed into the groove on the flat side that is on the bottom of the strip on the top canopy. You can sometimes get it off with your fingers, but might need to get it started first with a flat head screwdriver. One you start getting it to lift up, the rest pulls off very easily. Then the metal piece on the side will just pop down or up (can't remember which) and then you can remove the curved acrylic by just putting a hand on each side and pulling it out towards you; It is not heavy, but it is big and bulky so it is easier with 2 people but can be done with just one person. I am female and I have removed mine several time by myself. My husband and I just recently replaced all of the bulbs in mine, facial tanner included. Good Luck. Do you use a T-Max? If so, is it possible your bed is set for a "Test", which is usually a 3 minute session?

It is not the socket. If the bulb is installed correctly, there is a starter on the ballast that needs to be replaced.

Have a trained technician to check for wrong voltage going to bed. Then for burned out components and wiring inside the bed. Turn power off to bed before doing this.

Change out now working bulbs with known good ones. If still not working, replace starters, if still not working then the ballasts are bad, or the wiring to the ballasts is burned out.

Have a trained technician to: Check main breaker, check that bed is getting power to it, check for bad fuse on back of bed, check for burned out wiring inside of bed at main relay, check that the timer is good.
