Walkman will keep repeating the same song - Sony Walkman NWZ-E464 MP3 Player

make sure your downloading it to the right folder on the mp3 player its usualy the music folder or you can try and use windows media player here are some instructions for that option.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

1. There are 2 screws on the back. Unscrew them.
2. Take off the back cover. (I found that the easiest way to that is by pushing it up with a small screwdriver through the data cable opening.)
3. Now you can take the battery out (It can be tricky because it is fixed to the bottom of the device with a two sided adhesive tape. Just apply some force on one side than on the other and you'll will ok)
4. Put the new battery in place, connect its connector.
5. Put the cover back.

*If you turn on the Bass function while the equalizer setting is activated, the equalizer setting is disabled. The equalizer setting will be resumed when the Bass function is turned off.

*While the Bass function is activated, you cannot change the equalizer setting.
