Have you tried Screen Calibration? If you are using new batteries and you have tried calibrating the screen, but still not working, then you need to call VTech Hotline at 1-800-521-2010

Pull the SD card and it will start reliably. Incompatible SD card, get another.

It seems like the phone uses a lot of power or you talk a lot on the phone. If your buying a cheap battery just remember you get what you pay for.
