Every time we replace the fuse inside, it blows as soon as we press "start"
There is an electrical short. I recommend you do not try to Start it again, it can cause a fire.
If it is out of Warranty, buy a new microwave
If it is still in Warranty immediately have it repaired
by a qualified company serviceperson

You have a dead short. Check the transformer wiring for burnt between the capacitor,its resistor leading to magnatrometer. If that is ok you may have a lose wire leading to a bad start switch or door interlock.
I like the Panasonic Inverter Geius Prestige series for an all around replacement. Should you are looking for an upgrade.

I had the same problem at one point. My issue was a bad grounding point from the battery to the chassis. I would say check all of your grounding points.

Seen this before ,,, You have to disconnect the ground wire from the radio to the vehicle... What has most likely happened is that the radio earth has been connected to the previous radio's illumination wire.
What will appear to be a ground connection while the side lights are OFF is in fact a positive that acts a a ground connection untill the side lights are turned ON
The radio should be earthed properly there after..
