Just register your new Kindle under the same login as your old one -- same user name and same password. Your files will come across and you can choose which to download.

When you order another book from Amazon, you can simply fill in where you would like it to go. There is a space that is there to fill out. I think the new update on the kindle has it to where you have to login to your kindle account on Amazon, and remove it from your device that way. It is not taking up any space on your kindle now' it may just be the book cover, but login to your amazon account and remove that book from your selected Kindle.

On my Kindle 3 its the Up-Arrow + Sym Key pressed simultaneously, press the space bar to pause / continue or Up-arrow + Sym again to stop the narrator.
