I don't think the problem is in the firmware ...

It likely happened if you opened your profile in a russian version of facebook. what you can try to do is make sure your in English (www.facebook.com) Facebook then change your username. log in, go to accountr settings, change username. see if that doesnt work. :)

Firmware is not available on line! That is property of the company they only give out o authorized dealerships and corp techs, you will need a tech to re-flash the firmware.

if this were your problem it would be obvious the inner tray is in the middle of the machine there is a lever that lifts up as paper stacks up its probably stuck in raised position

My machine shows f 248 error

F248 is communication problem ,it some times happens when the printer cannot understand the data coming from the computer from certain program's or a specific file .reset the printer clear any print jobs on the pc and try print a test page if you're still getting that error you will need to get a service engineer to upgrade to the latest firmwarec

Error code 0159:0061914

I couldn't see a 159 error in the 2000d service manual, but I know 150 errors . They need to have their firmware updated, should be under warranty, their is a kyocera service bulliton on this issue so all agents can do your repair. It is just a matter of downloading firmware from kyocera. unzipping it to a mem stick or CF card and powering on your printer with it inserted, firmware then self installs.

The bits after the 159:is just page counter. Post Email if you want me to send you zippped firmware to suit.
