SOURCE: Cuisinart DCC 1150: coffee is not hot enough

Using the 1-4 cup setting will help, but that model does not have an actual heating element in the plate - definitely not the right model for someone who likes very hot coffee.

SOURCE: Bunn coffee maker leaks water

There are 3 seals in your unit that could cause your problem. there is a silicon seal right under the pour-in tray, and two on the top of the tank. one of those is for the thermostat, the other is for the sprayhead tube. any of these could leak, causing water to come out the bottom of the brewer. One other thing that can cause this is a scale buildup between the pour-in tray and the tank.

SOURCE: water drippin from the hot water outlet on a Bunn coffee maker

Hello. If this is the hot water faucet, on the front of the unit, there is a rubber seat that keeps it sealed. Usually it gets a piece of debris, or scale in it with use, or the rubber seat gets worn out and needs replacement. To check, turn off your water, unplug the unit, and drain all the water out of the faucet until it stops, then tilt the unit forward slightly just to get a little more. Now you should be able to unscrew/disassemble the faucet, and pull it out to look at the seat cup, and the faucet interior. If there is scale or debris on the cup, and the faucet interior, it will need to be cleaned, and it may actually require chemicals for scale, if bad enough. If the rubber seat cup is torn, it will need a new one. You can get a new seat at a parts supplier for commercial units in your local area, look in the phone book under "restaurant equipment repair" or go online, plenty of them have a web site. If it is NOT your faucet dripping, we can go from there.

Hope that helps, and thank you.

SOURCE: water leaks out from underneath coffee maker

Well they don;t give these away for sure. Lets see if we can help you out. ? are you over filling it.This happened to me because I was reading the fill line wrong. {got new glasses} . If not may be you could try makeing less. But if only 1/2 cup comes out and no more, that wouldent indacate a leak in the tank, if there was it would all leak. Try backing off on the coffie and water, and see if it still leaks. if it does get back to me. DFD

are yu cleaning it regularly? Scale build up in the tank will cause the heater to become less effective and the thermostat to read the water temperature incorrectly

Nuova simonelli appia2 , steam fine hot water fine but when I make a coffee , it be a cold coffee ?

if you remove the drain tray, there is another plastic cover with screws. remove that too. inside on the right side you will see a black box with a yellow round cap. peel the cap off then you can see a screw. there is also a label that describe the direction of rotation. adjust it there. this is to adjust the pressure of steam. as your machine is increasing steam pressure, it also increases the water temp.

Cuisinart dcc2800 Perfec Temp 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker

cuisinart DCC-2800 leaks water from under side, after 5 months the lid spring lock broke'.. then only after about a year and a half, and just out of warranty!!!!!!!, it must have sat on the store shelf over a year before we purchased it new. bad design for such a costly coffee maker and Cuisinart was not much help either when we called, I called several months earlier to get the problem fixed but was told to call back because there system was down for maintenance, so now when I had the chance to call back they tell me they did not want to fix it and only offered me a discount on a new one, why would I want to buy another when I spent sooo much on this one only to have water leaking all over my counter, table, chairs and floor'? never again, next one will be all stainless so it wont leak. so do not have to worry about asking for help again on such a expensive coffee maker.

Why is my coffee coming out light colored?

Usual reason for this is that the water temp is not high enough. With many coffee products it is reccomended a temp of atleast 170 to 180 with 180 being ideal. Check the temp of the water to see what it is at and repost. Hope this helps. WWW.MidstateBeverage.com

Yes it can, but it takes a special computer that plugs into the back of the power board in the machine.

Temperature control on Saeco magic deluxe

No it cannot. I am not sure why you would want the water hotter. It is designed to be at the perect temperature for passing through the brew group for coffee brewing, its kind of a simple science.
If your machine has been producing less hot coffee gradually, that marks an issue. Try descaling the boiler per the manufacturer's inscrutions even if the warning light isnt on. The other option is that the thermal fuse mounted to the boiler is bad and turns off the boiler prematurely, those cost about $15 and are simple to replace. Lastly, the boiler heating element may be 'burnt out' new boiler is $120+

Bunn coffee maker makes a noise empty just like it does after the

Hello. What your hearing is the water being heated in the tank, these machines hold a couple pots of water at brewing temp all the time, unless you unplug it from the wall, or turn off the heater switch if you have one. So, as the day goes on, it will intermittently have to heat the water in order to keep it at the proper temp. I would not worry about it too much, unless water is spitting out when it does this.

Hope that helped, and thank you.

Water at group heads needs be hotter

Check the top of the coffee boiler you will find the thermostat for setting the temp, you will probably have to remove the front panel to access it.

Temperature adjustment?

the rear temp sensor is in charge of the brew temp. To increase the temp, lift sensor and clean out the thermal paste. To further increase, insert some fine metal mesh between sensor and boiler. The front senser is for emergency (overheat) cut off. Don't tamper! Brought to you by Jim Vonkas
