SOURCE: credit card stuck in playstation 3

The only way to get it out is to take the system apart. There are several videos on youtube on how to dissassemble a ps3 sytem. If you dont want to try it you can send it to us. Please remember that if you take it apart it will void the warranty from sony.

SOURCE: do I need a credit card for my son to play online?

You can also buy a prepaid card so you just have to type in the number on the back of the card in the Xbox marketplace and you don't have to use a credit card. These prepaid cards are usually available anywhere they sell Xbox 360 games. You can buy a 1 month subscription, for $7.99, a 3 month subscription, for $19.99, or a 12 month subscription, for $49.99. You can also buy prepaid "Microsoft Points" these allow you to get game add-ons, new games, themes, and etc. from the Xbox Marketplace. Microsoft Points are available where you can buy Xbox Live prepaid cards.

SOURCE: edit credit card details

If your trying to edit this information from your PS3 then forget it, Your better off trying to do it from the playstation network website by loging into your account and changing it from there.

That is your best bet my friend.

What does error CE-36329-3 indicate on a frozen PS4?

per Sony's site :
Here are a few ways to deal with the error message:
Option 1 (Update system software and application data): Close the application, install the latest system software and game update, and restart the system.

Option 2 (PS Camera Compatibility): If a PS Camera is connected to the system, remove it and reboot the system, then go to [Settings] > [User] > [Login Settings] and turn "Enable Face Recognition" OFF.

Step 3 (Save Data Issues): If the error occurs again, back up your saved data, and then go to [Settings] > [Initialization] and choose [Initialize PS4]. If it continues after initialization, check to see if you have save data in online storage. If you suspect incorrect save data in online storage, remove the affected save from system and online storage.
Things to remember:
  1. Check to see if this error occurs with multiple titles. If not, you may be dealing with a game or app specific crash that may be helped by re-patching/re-downloading.
  2. If you suspect issues due to your local network, try using a wired connection and/or checking your network settings results http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/nw_test.html
  3. Periodically back up saves to USB and/or online storage if you have Save Data concerns.

How do I sign up for netflix without a credit card and pay with a paper bill

There is information on this page regarding signing up for Netflix without a credit card: How to Sign Up for Netflix WITHOUT Credit Card Solutions. However, you must supply an acceptable method of payment before you can establish an account. As with almost all online subscription services, you cannot establish an account then have the provider send you a bill each month for the upcoming month's service. These subscriptions must all be prepaid one month in advance.

Unable to connect to PS4 Online Network for last four days, checked online and the system isnt down

Could be a network issue with your router or your PS4 settings I would try and do a hard reset on your router which is remove the battery back up if you have one and unplug your modem and router for 60 seconds then plug in modem first let it come all the way up then plug in your router and let it boot all the way thru then retry connecting. If this don't work reset network settings on your PS4 to factory defaults. Hope this helps

Error 80023121, wnt let me login in

Hello ldsidney and welcome to FixYa. Currently the PlayStation Network is down worldwide and Sony has stated today that it could be a week before it is once again fully operational. Please read the following official statement from Sony below. Your personal information could be compromised.

Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the current outage of PlayStation Network & Qriocity services. We are currently working to send a similar message to the one below via email to all of our registered account holders regarding a compromise of personal information as a result of an illegal intrusion on our systems. These malicious actions have also had an impact on your ability to enjoy the services provided by PlayStation Network and Qriocity including online gaming and online access to music, movies, sports and TV shows. We have a clear path to have PlayStation Network and Qriocity systems back online, and expect to restore some services within a week.

We're working day and night to ensure it is done as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

Valued PlayStation Network/Qriocity Customer:

We have discovered that between April 17 and April 19, 2011, certain PlayStation Network and Qriocity service user account information was compromised in connection with an illegal and unauthorized intrusion into our network. In response to this intrusion, we have:

1. Temporarily turned off PlayStation Network and Qriocity services;

2. Engaged an outside, recognized security firm to conduct a full and complete investigation into what happened; and

3. Quickly taken steps to enhance security and strengthen our network infrastructure by re-building our system to provide you with greater protection of your personal information.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding and goodwill as we do whatever it takes to resolve these issues as quickly and efficiently as practicable.

Although we are still investigating the details of this incident, we believe that an unauthorized person has obtained the following information that you provided: name, address (city, state, zip), country, email address, birthdate, PlayStation Network/Qriocity password and login, and handle/PSN online ID. It is also possible that your profile data, including purchase history and billing address (city, state, zip), and your PlayStation Network/Qriocity password security answers may have been obtained. If you have authorized a sub-account for your dependent, the same data with respect to your dependent may have been obtained. While there is no evidence at this time that credit card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained.

For your security, we encourage you to be especially aware of email, telephone, and postal mail scams that ask for personal or sensitive information. Sony will not contact you in any way, including by email, asking for your credit card number, social security number or other personally identifiable information. If you are asked for this information, you can be confident Sony is not the entity asking. When the PlayStation Network and Qriocity services are fully restored, we strongly recommend that you log on and change your password. Additionally, if you use your PlayStation Network or Qriocity user name or password for other unrelated services or accounts, we strongly recommend that you change them, as well.

U.S. residents are entitled under U.S. law to one free credit report annually from each of the three major credit bureaus. To order your free credit report, visit www.annualcreditreport.com or call toll-free (877) 322-8228.

We thank you for your patience as we complete our investigation of this incident, and we regret any inconvenience. Our teams are working around the clock on this, and services will be restored as soon as possible. Sony takes information protection very seriously and will continue to work to ensure that additional measures are taken to protect personally identifiable information. Providing quality and secure entertainment services to our customers is our utmost priority. Please contact us at 1-800-345-7669 should you have any additional questions.

Sincerely,
Sony Computer Entertainment and Sony Network Entertainment
