Sometimes the inlet pipe filter is restricted. Although water flows into the machine it is on a timer and if not enough water enters the machine registers that it is low. To test this start the machine and after a couple of minutes open the door. Add about a litre of water and then close the door. If the machine runs full cycle it's due to either an obstruction in the inlet filter or in the inlet matrix on the left hand side ( remove top and left side panel to see this)

SOURCE: Bosch dishwasher not taking in water

May be open circuit water valve. Appliance will go to error mode if water level has not reached a certain height after a preset time. Check coil continuity with a multi meter. Should be looking for about 200 ohms.

SOURCE: Error code OE; dishwasher stops with error message 2 min into cycle, drainage seems OK, water doesn't appear to pump into machine - any advice?

Hi,
The most common cause of an OE error code on a modern LG dishwasher is:
1. Blocked drain hose
2. Obstruction in the sump area (beneath the filter, which needs to be removed to check for onstruction)
3. Failing drain motor.
else you need to REPLACE THE PCB POWER CONTROL BOARD
Good Luck!!!

SOURCE: my machine is going through a wash cycle and has

Look for a kinked drain hose. Make sure drain hose is not plugged. Remove drain hose from washer and inspect drain outlet on washer is not plugged. Stick your finger inside and feel for any clothing fabric ect blocking drain line. The washer may have a built-in screen that is plugged. You may need to remove the back cover of the washer and inspect drain hoses for any kinks or blockages.

Friedrich d70 dehumidfier fills tank even though set up for pumping...

Hello!
If your Friedrich D70 dehumidifier is filling the tank even though it is set up for pumping, there are a few possible reasons for this issue:
  1. Pump malfunction: The pump mechanism may not be functioning correctly, preventing the water from being pumped out as intended. Check the pump for any signs of damage or blockages (here, you have stated that over the years, you have changed the internal and external tubing as a way to fix the issue). Ensure that all connections related to the pump are secure and properly attached.
  2. Incorrect pump setup: Verify that the pump is set up correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that the pump hose is properly connected and positioned to allow for proper drainage. Double-check the pump settings to ensure they are configured correctly.
  3. Drainage system blockage: There may be a blockage or restriction in the drainage system, preventing the water from being effectively pumped out. Check the drainage hose for any clogs, twists, or kinks that may be impeding the flow of water. Clear any obstructions and ensure that the hose is free of any restrictions.
  4. Pump sensor or switch issue: The sensor or switch responsible for detecting the water level and activating the pump may be malfunctioning. This can result in the unit filling the tank instead of pumping the water out. Inspect the sensor or switch for any damage or misalignment and ensure that it is working properly.
  5. Defective pump or control board: If all else fails, it's possible that there is a defect in the pump itself or the control board of the dehumidifier. In this case, it may be necessary to contact Friedrich customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance or to arrange for repairs.
It's worth consulting the user manual for your specific model for troubleshooting steps and guidelines. If you're unable to resolve the issue on your own, it's recommended to seek professional assistance to diagnose and repair the dehumidifier.

Bosch classixx dishwasher wont drain

Ive had this happen on mine too. remove the filters in the bottom. squirt washing up liquid into the space-- liberally dont be shy!
Boil pans of water, boil the kettle. pour water into the space where the filters normally are. Fill the base of the dishwasher completely. Next close the door and repeatedly use the Reset feature. Eventually the pump will clear and kick back into life. Its a build up of fats, and sludge that causes the pump to appear to seize--the washing up liquid and boiling water see to that.

Water remains in machine. Machine stops after a minute or so and diplays F11.

F11 means Drainage fault.

Water present in appliance and is not being drained off. The display shows Drain fault F11. The buzzer is activated for 2 minutes.

Background information:
After each drain pump step, the circulation pump operates for 2 seconds and heater pressure switch B1/13 checks the water level. If it is too high (large quantity of residual water remaining in the cabinet), the drainage time is extended. If, after a further check, the water level is still too high, then the program is interrupted, the fault code is saved and the drain pump is activated. Fault code F11 is also registered if heater relay 1K1 is not activated after the fault code F51 register check; see Section 080-3.18. Drain hose kinked. Remedy: Check the drain hose for correct positioning.

Cause: Drain blocked.
Remedy:
1. Clean the on-site drain.
2. Check the sump drain.
3. Check the filters.
4. Check the heater pressure switch and replace it if necessary.

Cause: Ball in non-return valve in sump has not opened (e.g., jammed).
Remedy:
Clean the non-return valve in the sump or replace it if necessary. Cause: Foreign objects in the drain pump.

Remedy:
Clean the drain pump and its impeller.

Cause: Drain pump defective.
Remedy:
1. Check the voltage supply to the drain pump.
2. If correct voltage is present, check the drain pump motor winding.
3. Replace the drain pump, if necessary.

Cause: Foreign objects in heater pressure switch.
Remedy:
Check the heater pressure switch for blockages and correct switching point.

Cause: Heater relay defective. Heater relay (coil or contacts) becomes defective during the drainage step (after fault code F51 register check).
Remedy:
Replace the heater relay.

Hope this helps to solve it.

Hope ths helps.

My Miele G2430 dishwasher stops right after draining in the first minute or so after starting, and the intake and drain light comes on. The solenoid at the end of the intake hose then clicks and the light...

Hi

Intake/Drain light flashing means an issue while draining. The dishwasher is not draining properly. Please check for air gap on the dishwasher is not clogged. It prevents dishwasher from draining properly and sometimes the drain flow is restricted due to gunk. Cleaning or bypassing the air gap will resolve the issue. If this doesn't resolve the issue then it is due to seized (or stuck) drain pump. Keep handy large bowls and towels to soak the water out. Disconnect the power to the dishwasher or turn off the breaker to the dishwasher. Tip machine on its back; remove screws that hold the bottom tray on. Remove the hoses to the main motor, remove electrical connections and switch it on. If the error still appears then turn the rotary selector switch to "Stop/End" or press the "Start/Stop" switch for approx. 5 secs to cancel the error message. Switch the appliance off and then back on again. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Lights are flashing with OE flashing stopped washing

OE is a drainage problem. Check all lines, and drains for kinks.blockage. Ours was blocked in the T connection where the drain goes into the sink( in the black ABS sink part.) Used a screwdriver to simply clear the t connection with the drain hose disconnected.... ran the DW( where it fills w/ water) ,then turn off, and put the drain hose into a bucket... if its pumping water out well, then it could be the sink drain.
If not... a line somewhere is plugged.

F14 code Miele Dishwasher

This fault is low pump pressure. more than likely you have some foreign particles jammed in the circulation pump. you would have to remove the unit, tip it on its side and remove the bottom plate and remove the circulation pump and clear the blockage. the unit will start and stop and not work until the pump is clear.

Cycle stops and won't drain or spin. The 'end' light flashes and it makes a whirring noise, won't go onto the rinse cycle.

Have you checked the pump and filter are clear? bottom right flap on front panel to expose pump. Check the hoses are clear, particularly if it is connected under the sink, via a spigot connection. If the machine has good motor action, but not spinning effectively, it will more than likely be a drainage problem.

My classixx has stopped spinning and draining water.I have already checked the pump. Its clear.

If it is not draining the water, then either the pump is faulty, or there is a blockage in the outlet hose from the pump, or possibly a blockage in the hose from the drum to the pump.
