Lift the tires off the ground and spin them and check for any play in the bearings. Look at your tires. If they have flat spots on the outter edges of the tire then that is probably the noise you are hearing.
LCD speakers are really not that good, specially for smaller than 42". but it should not be that faint if your hardly hearing a sound, try to get a replacement unit.
just had same problem in my 05 explorer and had the rear end replaced and it went away. im sure that its a bearing in the rear end if its the same niose i had. hard to say with out hearing it good luck.
There are about 16 to 17 capacitors that are a common fail point on this TV.
