SOURCE: Smellly Bosch Max 1000 front loader washing machine
(Posted this already, but found an AU site that sells Norwex detergent - a great product!)
We've had our Fridgidaire front load washer for 6 years now, and untilabout 2 months ago, it smelled absolutely horrible. I tried the thingsI was told to do....hot water/bleach cycle, wiping the slime from therubber seal, and leaving the door open....it didn't work.
Iwas told about Norwex laundry detergent - Norwex is a company whichproduces green cleaning products - the detergent is a quicklybiodegradable, highly concentrated powder, and all I need is 1/4 - 1/2a teaspoon per load. After about one week of using the Norwex detergentI noticed that the smell was completely gone and hasn't returned! Also, the gross slime that used to collect in the rubber seal is no longer aproblem. I've been so wonderfully amazed!
I don't know why thisdetergent fixes the smell problem, but I've talked with others who havehad the same great results with it - their smell issue was solved.Perhaps it's because it contains no animal fat products?
Anotherbenefit of the Norwex detergent is how economical it is - it comes in a2kg bag for about $25, and in a front load machine you will get approx.800 loads from it using the above mentioned quantity/load! It's reallyan amazing product! You can buy it online - www.norwexnaturallyclean.com.au (an Australian site) is a great site to buy from. Good luck with the smell!

There are a lot of things to consider when trying to solve this problem. Obviously a front loader washes differently than a top loader. Top loaders tend to using a washing motion that is good for stains but wear out your clothes fast. Front loaders typically use less water and wash more gently, but in some ways still do better than top loaders. Anyway, think about any other variables that go into the laundry equation. Consider the distance the machine is from your water heater. This machine will use MUCH less water to fill than your old one, and, you know how when you turn a faucet on hot it takes a minute for the hot water to actually get there? It's the same way with your machine. If there's a sink next your washer, you should always turn on the hot water on the faucet until it gets hot right before you start the machine. The same goes for dishwashers. If there's not a sink close you can easily turn up the temperature for all hot water on your water heater, although that will use more energy.
Consider what detergent you're using. If you're using high efficiency detergent (like Tide he) maybe you should switch to your old brand. If you're using your old brand of detergent, try getting a high efficiency detergent.

Hello there
Normally this is a drainage problem code
Unplug the machine and wait for 30 min
During this time Remove the cover on the front bottom right corner or the front cover at the bottom , use the small hose that is attached to the pump to
drain the water, from the pump then unscrew the large drain cover and remove the
blockage from the drain pump. and any additional hoses then reattach the hoses and then plug in after the 30 minutes is up then press the cancel button and test ...Test by pouring 1L water into section II
in the top and setting the machine to 'drain'. it should beging to drain

First I suggest starting out simple, try unplugging the wash
Machine. Leave it unplugged for a few minutes and plug it
Back in. That may be all you need to do.
If that does not resolve the issue I suggest contacting a service repairman.
