Hey there, Which Operation System are you running? If it's Windows 7 or 8 you can simply go to the Windows Updates and select under "unimportant" Updates your desired Language. It should then download and install the selected language. Hope i could help. Grs Ben
The finnisher is only in disable by a a disable funcktion that switch the finnisher off.It just need a reset in the service mode.I am not alowed to give service info on the net.Ask your local service centre to clear the funcktion for you.You dont have to replace the finnisher.This is normally a paperjam or a opstical that prevented the trays to move up and down.Then the finnisher go to disable funcktion

Go to TOMTOM support pay the update fee They will send you a code, connect your GPS to PC via the internet go to the link enter the code and download direct to your gps begins. Dont run anything else no matter what it says.... when its finnished installation you will be asked to disconnectg and thats it
