SOURCE: How to delete all images from camera card of Sony DSC-T5
Don't feel like digging around for the Manual, but have you tried:
Menu- (press down twice) to Memory Stick Tool- (press right) to Format- (Press centre button) to OK - then confirm Formatting the memory stick?
I imagine this would reformat the whole stick, deleting everything on it in 1 go. Alternatively... you could just delete them all via connecting the camera to your PC...

There's usually a Lock on the Adapter (or on the SDHC card). Toggle it to 'off' and try again!
SOURCE: 8GB SD card says: MEMORY
i guess you are using it thru a USB, try a differnt USB port if you have more than one USB port on your PC....else
try it on a different PC
or
a longer solution is to get a low level format software like "killdisk".....this is also a DOS based application....install it and use the in Win or thru a boot diks DOS application
revert back

If the card is locked, unlock it. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
If the image is locked, cancel its protection. While viewing the image, press FUNC/SET to toggle the protection.
SOURCE: camera and laptops cant read my sd card, how do i get my card in place again?
There should be no problem using the card in a Mac, so this is a coincidence. Unless you've damaged your card with static electricity, there must be some corruption of the data. I suggest using a program like PhotoRec to try to recover the photos. After this, success or failure, please format the card in the camera for fewest problems going forward.
