Dishwasher Samsumg DMT800. The upper rotating nozzle does not work. Any advice how ti fix it? Thanks

is there enough water in it.water should be about 1/2 below heater.if it is and you can hear the motor running then the chopper can be broken and food is blocking water passage to top spray arms.

Sounds like the hose assembly that attaches to the rear of the upper rack has come undone. just pull out the upper rack and reconnect it.

the most common problem is low water pressure.when you start the dishwasher check the amonut of water in the bottom of the dishwasher there should be about an inch of water in the bottom.
if needed add some more water to the unit and see what happens this can determine if the fill valve is bad,or the control board.if the unit washes change the fill valve or check your water pressure,if there is no change then the main wash motor needs to be change because it is not putting enough water through the system to properly wash.
