There are three causes that come to mind, magnetron, high voltage capacitor, and high voltage diode. The diode runs off one lead to the capacitor and the other to chassis ground, sometimes cracks or shorts, the capacitor "silver and rectangular" usually shorts, the magnetron will open in most cases. Unplug microwave, short out capacitor with a screwdriver to remove residual voltage, test with a digital meter, set to ohms and unhook one side of part before test in each case.

The turnable motor is going, the buzzing indicates the magnetron is about to fail. I suggest using the microwave oven until it dies and replace it, not cost effective to repair.

The only thing I can think of is check to make sure all switches are aligned correctly otherwise you will keep tripping the breaker, I'am certain that one of your switches are not properly in position.
