Your 8-9 digit serials (89000001 or 890000001) makes no sense ... too many numbers
It's what's there 89five0s and a no 1 that's up beside the Goya lable down beside the c f Martin sign is 18064
Send an email to [email protected] with a picture of the label. He may be able to help. If you cannot take a picture than he needs all info on the label...not just the two serial numbers but also any writing like "Made by so and so" Martin bought the Goya label in 1974 so your guitar cannot be older than that. Martin had until 1996 so your window is 1974 to 1996

SOURCE: I am trying to date My moms Goya guitar with serial number 371741
Hello
The serial can place the year at 2 different years....either a 1958 or a 1967. Goya has a long history or being bought by different companies and they all had a different way of serial numbers. But there is a way to tell the difference. Check this site out as it is very informative and will help you date this guitar. http://www.vintage-guitars.se/Levin/Goya_serial_numbers.htm
Also, jsut for the hisstory side of things check out this site. Vintage Goya Guitars
