I have olympus rs28 foot pedal. i tried to download through software on windows 10, it keeps saying download failed. this foot pedal is compatible with software but it won't download, any ideas?

The RS25 is compatible. The problem is the driver is not installed automatically. It can be found in the tools folder on the CD.

I had this problem today when installing Olympus Studio 2. I turned my Spyware and Virus Protection off, and the program installed correctly.

The foot pedal needs to be plugged in before the software is installed. Just uninstall the software (your files will be fine) and reinstall with foot pedal attached.

After unzipping the file, click on the SETUP.EXE file to begin installation.

Will only be compatible to XP or less. This is not compatible to Vista.
