Get a water hose,place in tub,connect to water outlet,turn on for a minute,then turn off.then disconnect hose,then water will come out.

Hi, I was having the same problem but with a G572 (that's about 10
years old) though this might help you still as i believe they're all
built fairly similarly.
My problem is I would start the cycle and I could hear the motor in the pump turning however no water would enter the machine.
Open the front door and look at the sprinkler on the base. Underneath
it is a small tower (about 3cm high) and it has a cap on top of it.
Take the cap off (mine just pulled off) and clear any grime that has
built up inside of it. Now try to use the machine. (while I was
clearing the grime I could actually hear something neutralise, as if
there was air pressured up behind the grime).

Check the jet pump, also where the filter is there are two 90s plastic. make sure that they are both in the water, if all those check out then check the switch for the jets. It sounds like the pump is bad and is not pumping the water. Even if the motor works and the internal parts of the motor seal gets wet then it all needs to be replaced and rebuilt. Very easy to do yourself. Like always be careful and unplug the unit.

Sorry, the tub will have to pulled out to find out what is leaking so it can be fixed. There is just no other way UNLESS you can open up the wall on the blind side of the tube. (but its probably and exterior wall...if the house is vinyl sided, it can be done. If brick, you'll have to pull the tub). If you just wanted to convert to a tub only, maybe Bathfitters has an insert solution...
